RAILS and Cook County are inviting library workers to help shape, strengthen, and sustain the Cook County Library Digital Navigator Network (CCDNN). Guiding Team members will bring their experience and community knowledge to decisions about training, resources, communications, and other network supports. We especially welcome perspectives from frontline staff and libraries serving communities with significant digital-equity needs—including libraries with limited staffing or technology capacity.
We are currently accepting applications for Guiding Team members for the next one-year term, beginning in November 2026. Through this collaboration spearheaded by Cook County Digital Equity and supported by the Cook County Equity Fund, the County envisions a mutually beneficial relationship with libraries that positions them as central change agents for digital equity, with the resources, partnerships, and capacity-building support they need so every patron can access essential digital skills and devices.
